years of quitting, starting, and quitting again can feel like an almost helpless situation.

i began smoking at the age of 10 and became addicted to nicotine at the age of 12. i figure if i can't quit maybe i can help others to do so. i am hoping that through the process i can finally give it up.

patches, pills, going cold turkey, nothing seems to work. we all want to live a healthy life, with exercise, eating right and not smoking.

get angry that we spend money on something that eventually will kill us.
get angry that the cigarette companies targeted us, as children.

cigarette ad campaigns show sexy, sporty, beautiful people skiing, snow boarding, whatever. its a bunch of bs.

what's really happening is that people are slowly killing themselves. destroying their bodies, their childrens bodies and everyone around them.
the cigarette companies actually make this look attractive.

you don't have die from this.
